È stata in grado di capire fin da subito le mie esigenze, portandomi pian piano ai risultati desiderati e seguendomi da vicino in tutto il percorso. Inoltre, proprio grazie al piano alimentare adattato alle mie richieste fisiche, questo è stato il primo anno in cui non ho sofferto della debolezza primaverile ed estiva, che ogni anno mi recava malessere e mancanza di energia. Recatevi da lei e non ve ne pentirete!
Alessandra is a fantastic nutritionist! She was able to understand my needs right away, slowly bringing me to the desired results and following me closely throughout the journey. Moreover, thanks to the food plan adapted to my physical demands, this was the first year in which I did not suffer from the spring and summer weakness, which every year brought me malaise and lack of energy.
