Dopo avermi applicato una pellicola protettiva inadatta al mio telefono, purtroppo lo schermo dello stesso risultava scoperto in più punti, essendo la pellicola più stretta e più corta rispetto allo schermo. Inavvertitamente il mio telefono è caduto e si è spaccato proprio in uno di quei punti rimasti scoperti. Sono tornata dal proprietario della cover house e ho fatto presente il problema. Mi ha attaccata dicendomi che lo stavo accusando di aver fatto un errore e che la colpa fosse sua per la rottura del vetro. Ho tirato corto e ho prenotato un nuovo vetro perché di chiunque fosse la colpa, andava sostituito. Dopo varie telefonate da parte mia in cui mi è stato detto di dover aspettare mesi per questo nuovo vetro, insospettita dalla cosa, mi sono recata al suddetto negozio e mi è stato detto (con tanto di risatina) che il vetro per il mio telefono non" esiste più". Inconcepibile e soprattutto un atteggiamento molto maleducato e poco professionale. Pessima esperienza.
The owner's rudeness is unbelievable. After applying an unsuitable protective film to my phone, unfortunately the screen of the same was uncovered in several places, being the film narrower and shorter than the screen. My phone inadvertently fell and cracked in one of those uncovered spots. I went back to the owner of the cover house and I raised the problem. He attacked me and told me that I was accusing him of making a mistake and that it was his fault for breaking the glass. I pulled short and booked a new glass because whoever was to blame, had to be replaced. After several phone calls from me in which I was told to have to wait months for this new glass, suspicious of it, I went to the aforementioned shop and was told (with a lot of chuckle) that the glass for my phone is not. "exists more". Inconceivable and above all a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Bad experience.
