Sono entrata diverse volte facendo anche acquisti ma sempre solita storia!!!! Rude staff !!! Ho acquistato un paio di stivali su whatsapp e non sono mai arrivati , non mi hanno mai mandato il codice di tracciabilità, talvolta non rispondevano neanche ai messaggi e alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni dopo vari giorni mi viene detto che c’è da fare un rimborso poiché il pacco è stato perso. A distanza di 3 settimane il rimborso non è ancora stato fatto (dubito che lo faranno mai) e non ho più ricevuto risposta ai messaggi!! Absolutely not recommended, DO NOT shop online or via whatsapp in this shop because they scam you. I bought a pair of boots on whatsapp and they never arrived, they never sent me the tracking code, sometimes they didn't even respond to messages and after several days I was told that I need to make a refund. since the package was lost. After 3 weeks, the refund has not yet been made (I doubt they will ever do it) and I have not received any more replies to my messages !!

Dopo tremila solleciti mi dicono di rimandare indietro le scarpe con il numero sbagliato, che poi avrebbero rimborsato. Siamo a Marzo 2022 e nessun rimborso si è visto. Non mi rispondono più ne via mail, ne telefonicamente... Spedizione ritirata il 03/11/21... la "serietà" fatta persona. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE! What can I say ... Be wary of this activity. I placed my order in August 2021 - wrong number arrived. After three thousand reminders they tell me to send back the shoes with the wrong size, which they would then refund.
