★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was realy worse to travel with them. Long trips, no stops, the station not showing, where you're at, or where will the bus stops, on which way will it go, where will it stop. The worst period of my life was using their buses. It is better to travel with Uber or Taxi. NOT suggested at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable buses, it's almost impossible to find the place to buy tickets or the bus stop.. after finding it, we were waiting for a long time and no bus showed up, there is no schedule for time or bus stops. At the end we asked our accomodation to send us a taxi. Do not use this service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you would like to go to the sea (in Fiumicino) from the Fiumicino airport, I would not recommend this bus company. We asked at the information point of the airport how to get to the beach and she was very nice and wrote us down a paper with this company name and the terminal stop name to look for, also she said that the bus is departing in front of the terminal 1. So we found the bus stop but to buy tickets we had to ask again at the information point of terminal 1. It was at moka cafe, they are 1,10€. So we bought tickets there and back and waited for the bus. There is no timetable, it is also impossible to find a working one their webpage. A bus with cotral name came and we asked where does it go with the paper from the lady and he said yes. Unfortunately, it wasn't this one. And so we stopped in the middle of the line because we realized it was totally wrong direction (to Ostia). Their bus stops are missing names and it is impossible to know when or where to go out or to go in.
We caught a bus back after 40min of waiting without visiting the sea. Not the best trip ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No schedules so buy a ticket at the tobacconist (inside far left if you are standing inside facing the outside of the airport) and wait at the stop. It’s a little blue sign that said Cotral. We got the bus to Ostia. 1,40 euro. Very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the far end is the shuttle bus from the airport T3, it goes directly to Rome Termini with 2 stops in between. Get out at Vaticano stop of you need to visit vatican City or piazza navona. Service was good the lady let us on a bus earlier than previously booked. Flexible in covid 19 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were waiting at night in Rome to get us to the Fiumcino Aeroport. We waved hands to the driver but he didn't stop at all! We bought tickets online (somehow, it wasn't easy) but we finished with taxi and paid a lot. Do not recommend it! Too much stress and the worst organization ever (we were trying to contact with them by instagram account/email/phone number- without any answer!) That is ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No information whatsoever about the timetable or routes of the bus in English. I believe this is pretty easy to provide. It would be much better than blindly waiting the bus..
Extremely bad. Ticket on board supposedly costs 3.5 euro (instead of 1.5)
