★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff doesn't know English much. I ordered a Coffee Muschiato and it was very very cold. I asked them to make it hot, the waitress was arguing and behaved me very badly and even throw my coffee on the counter and was saying something in Italian which definitely wasn't appropriate.
In an international airport, the staff should know English. It's interesting that waiters's behaviour was good and at the end the waiter(man) heated up my coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a chicken sandwich. The cashier put it in the panini grill. When I bit it, the bread was grilled and the chicken was frozen and pink. Not wanting to get sick, I took it back and asked for cheese. The manager refused to replace it, instead offered to put it back in the panini warmer. My health isn’t worth an uncooked sandwich.
