β β β β β Very rudimentary. Ticket office is closed most of the time. No clue why they put the bus terminal so far from the old town and city center (30 min walking)?

Tickets for AST you can buy in cofeshop near terminal, opposite ticket office.

β β β β β This is rather grim area. A square with bus stops but with no information where the buses stop for each destination. Spent time checking each bus to make sure we didn't miss ours. Must be okay if you are a local?

β β β β β A small bus terminal. The buses don't necessarily go to the bays with that service's timetable so keep your wits about you. Next part was observed during a off-season visit. There are public toilets but they are locked and the key is available from office. That office has limited hours. There is a waiting room with the office but it's evidently closed too when the office is closed. You get rained on - try taking refuge in bakery. The service 33 to Ibla is free during the week but charges at weekends and those tickets are not available from the driver. - try the tobacconist. It's all rather mysterious!

β β β β β This Review is more related to the punctuality of the busses.
The busses don't come in time based on my experience after 10 days.
Sometimes they even depart earlier from Ragusa to Marina.
The drivers are very kind I have to say, they always answer your questions.
But the timetable is not really trustworthy!!
