Il giorno dopo ho visto che un vetro era difettoso e hanno dimenticato di mettere una fascia bianca per finire il lavoro. Mi sono rivolta di nuovo alla ditta e qui comincia la storia infinita; innumerevole mails e telefonate, poi le promesse che sarebbero tornati a sistemare le cose. Finalmente sono riuscita a stabilire un giorno nel aprile 2019 dove sarebbero venuti a casa mia per risolvere tutto. Avevo preso dei permessi dal lavoro per stare a casa ma purtroppo non si sono presentati e non mi hanno contattato. Oramai dopo 7 mesi mi sono arresa e posso solo dire a tutti di non fidarvi mai a questa ditta. Don't trust this company. At my house they changed my windows in October 2018. The next day I saw that a glass was defective and they forgot to put a white band to finish the job. I turned to the company again and here the infinite story begins; countless mails and phone calls, then the promises that would return to fix things. Finally I managed to establish a day in April 2019 where they would come to my house to solve everything. I had taken work permits to stay at home but unfortunately they didn't show up and they didn't contact me. By now after 7 months I gave up and can only tell everyone to never trust this company.

Nell'immediatezza sono venuti a prendere le misure e il giorno dopo a mezzo mail mi hanno inviato il preventivo. Appena ho potuto ho fatto fare il lavoro. Che dire.... Sono stati fantastici mi hanno montato gli infissi a regola d'arte. Colgo l'occasione anche per ringraziare uno degli operai che se non ricordo male il nome è Cataldo... Ragazzo fantastico e lavora con una precisione maniacale. I contacted this company because they were changing the door of the building where I live. They were fantastic they installed the fixtures in a workmanlike manner. I also take this opportunity to thank one of the workers that if I remember correctly the name is Cataldo ...
