A cominciare dalla consegna, da effettuare con gru, visto il peso degli infissi, pianificato per le ore 6:30 per evitare mantovane di protezione al piano stradale con negozi. Materiale ed operai installatori si sono presentati alle 7:50, quando il gruista praticamente doveva andar via. Una delle vetrate doveva essere a con apertura a vasistas ed invece fornita fissa, motivando la decisione per il peso della stessa. Ma una portafinestra di altra struttura con le stesse misure è stata invece regolarmente realizzata. Montaggio disastroso: non c’è un infisso in bolla; per tenere aperta una finestra o portafinestra bisogna fermarla con un peso, altrimenti si chiude. Una finestra montata prima che venisse sostituito il marmo di soglia, rimasto monco, cielini montati malamente, forniti senza tappi laterali e mai più visti, anche dietro le più ampie rassicurazioni. Contattata più volte la ditta per sistemare la situazione mi sono sempre state fornire giustificazioni evasive, sin quando dopo oltre tre mesi (dove mi sento dire "ma è passato tanto tempo, chi si ricorda...")mi viene fissato un appuntamento per verifiche e interventi, al quale non si è presentato nessuno. Le spazzoline, dopo varie lamentele, me le hanno sistemate ma il risultato complessivo non è di un lavoro soddisfacente . Vedo se riesco a mettere qualche foto. Commercializza anche porte di buona qualità. Ho visitato l'impianto devo dire che mi sono meravigliato per la grande tecnologia che conteneva. Bravo!!!!!! Mea culpa non avevo preso appuntamento, mi dicono che chiamano una responsabile che vede cosa può fare o mi dà un appuntamento. La signora praticamente mi ha mandato via perché "comprare delle finestre di legno per uno studio è come andare a fare la spesa in ferrari"...maleducata, scortese e poco professionale! 12/05/2021: Non potendo replicare alla risposta ricevuta, scrivo qui: non mi è stato chiesto " di fissare un nuovo incontro per approfondire il tutto", ne sarei stata lieta, ma dopo qualche domanda sommaria con un atteggiamento contrariato, mi è stato detto ciò che ho riportato nella recensione. Consiglio al social manager di non rispondere dando del bugiardo a chi recensisce, ma provando a risolvere l'inconveniente. Anche in questo poco professionali! La linea di finestre Oltre (di loro produzione) è semplicemente meravigliosa e realizzata con materiali di primissima scelta. Puntuali nella fornitura e molto precisi nel montaggio, gli operai/montatori sono stati tutti eccellenti. Bravi! Italian company of great seriousness. They have a wide choice of fixtures and doors, all of the highest quality. The Oltre window line (of their production) is simply wonderful and made with top quality materials. Punctual in supply and very precise in assembly, the workers / fitters were all excellent. Well done!

Gli infissi della Dear hanno soddisfatto pienamente le mie esigenze in diversi appartamenti e cantieri. Naturalmente non sono i più economici del mercato, ma la maggiore spesa è compensata dalla qualità del prodotto, dalla sua durevolezza e, in definitiva, anche dalla loro bellezza per il design pulito e moderno (ad esempio le cerniere a scomparsa, l'assenza della bacchetta fermavetro). All'interno dispone di una vasta gamma di infissi esposti e materiali utilizzati, personale preparato. Montatori in gamba e lavoro pulito. Fare attenzione a quando ordinate in quanto la persona che prende l'ordine alle volte capisce una cosa per un'altra e poi l'incomprensione grava tutta sul cliente.
