Scoperti per puro caso su google ho capito subito avevano qualcosa di diverso dagli altri, già dalla richiesta di preventivo ho notato prezzi decisamente concorrenziali. L attenzione al cliente è altissima, ogni mail seguiva una celere risposta cosi sono andato di persona al negozio. La titolare Ilaria è davvero simpatica, preparata, gentile. Marco che fa i sopralluoghi puntuale e attento è venuto ben 3 volte prima di iniziare i lavori. Da loro ho ordinato tende da sole, zanzariere sharknet, tapparelle blindate e 3 armadi da esterni ed altro. Materiali di prima scelta a prezzi davvero unici. Perfino gli operai antonio e andrea davvero bravi preparati attenti e pazienti. Io davvero non so come ringraziarli...andate fiduciosi vedrete che vi troverete bene sono i migliori a roma e provincia. P.s. essendomi trovato benissimo, da loro ho ordinato pure porte, finestre, pergotenda, e sportello caldaia. Sono soddisfatto e hanno preparato loro pure il modulo enea per la detrazione fiscale, senza alcun onere aggiuntivo. Per montare tutto ci sono voluti 5 giorni pieni. Davvero affidatevi a loro e vi troverete bene. I'm just sorry I didn't meet them earlier. Marco, who does the inspections on time and attentively, came 3 times before starting the work. From them I ordered awnings, sharknet mosquito nets, armored shutters and 3 outdoor wardrobes and more. First choice materials at truly unique prices. Even the workers antonio and andrea really good trained, attentive and patient. I really do not know how to thank them ... go confident you will see that you will find well they are the best in Rome and its province. P.s. having found myself very well, I also ordered doors, windows, pergotenda, and boiler door from them. I am satisfied and they have also prepared the enea form for the tax deduction, without any additional charge. It took a full 5 days to assemble everything. Really rely on them and you will be fine.

Tecnico super preparato e disponibile, attento ad ogni dettaglio, prima di finalizzare il mio ordine è tornato tre volte per far sì che si sia svolto tutto egregiamente nel momento del montaggio, considerando alcune mie richieste particolari, e così è stato!! Operai,anche loro molto preparati e gentilissimi nonostante il grande lavoro che hanno svolto nella mia abitazione, oltre ad essere tutto perfetto hanno lasciato tutto con la massima pulizia. Conclusione RISCEGLIEREI VOI MILIONI DI VOLTE GRAZIE DI TUTTO!!! Nel mio caso avevo delle finestre totalmente irregolari, trapezoidali medio piccole e di misure differenti. Dopo aver chiesto ben 3 preventivi ( premetto ben maggiori a livello di prezzo) e mio relativo stupore , ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare Ilma serramenti su internet. Il lavoro è perfetto, ha superato ogni aspettativa, anche dopo i sopralluoghi delle precedenti ditte che inventavano duemila presunti problemi nello svolgere il lavoro, total black garantito per il riposo e montaggio preciso. Non potrei essere più soddisfatto e lo consiglierei a chiunque soprattutto a chi come me vive in mansarda e ha bisogno di lavori su misura specifici e diciamo un po' atipici. Grazie Ilaria ,francesco e i due tecnici che hanno montato. I highly recommend this company. They did a job of interior shutters FOR ATTIC, in the bedroom. In my case I had totally irregular windows, small to medium trapezoidal and of different sizes. After having asked for 3 quotes (I must say much higher in terms of price) and to my relative amazement, I was lucky enough to meet Ilma serramenti on the internet. The work is perfect, it has exceeded all expectations, even after the inspections of the previous companies that invented two thousand alleged problems in carrying out the work, total black guaranteed for rest and precise assembly. I could not be more satisfied and I would recommend it to anyone especially those who like me live in the attic and need specific and let's say a little atypical tailor-made works.
