A fantastic experience. Council the master suite to anyone who wants to spend a weekend dream, complete with in-room Jacuzzi. Very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite reale: Camera molto molto bella stile classico, affrescata, parcheggio abbastanza vicino (minimo 200mt) non sempre libero, ok EasyPark.
Ottima posizione per visitare Cortona, sei in pieno centro. Basterebbe poco per renderla perfetta, ci sono alcuni dettagli da sistemare, una maniglia rotta, il tappeto arricciato dove si inciampa, il mini bar in un armadietto che non si chiude bene, il tessuto della tenda del letto scadente ed alcuni elementi di arredo in stile anni 60 poco in armonia con la camera.
Ampi spazi, davvero vivibili e godibili. Un tavolo per la colazione e una “cabina armadio” con postazione Makeup, specchio e grucce.
Nota bene!!! Da valutare per diverse categorie di persone. La via dove affacciano le finestre è molto caotica e rumorosa. Durante il mio soggiorno, in pieno agosto, passata la mezzanotte diventa comunque silenziosa ma durante il giorno è molto rumorosa.
Rampe di scale impegnative per trasportare valigie. La camera è al secondo piano.
Complicato scaricare i bagagli. La macchina va lasciata in una piazzetta con divieto di sosta per poter agevolmente portare i bagagli alla camera.
Royal suite: Very very beautiful classic style room, frescoed, fairly close parking (minimum 200m) not always free, EasyPark ok.
Excellent location for visiting Cortona, you are in the center. It would take little to make it perfect, there are some details to fix, a broken handle, the curled carpet where you stumble, the mini bar in a cabinet that does not close well, the fabric of the poor bed curtain and some elements of furniture in style 60s little in keeping with the room.
Large spaces, truly liveable and enjoyable. A breakfast table and a "walk-in closet" with makeup station, mirror and hangers.
Please note !!! To be evaluated for different categories of people. The street where the windows overlook is very chaotic and noisy. During my stay, in the middle of August, after midnight it still becomes quiet but during the day it is very noisy.
Challenging flights of stairs to carry suitcases. The room is on the second floor.
Complicated to unload luggage. The car must be left in a small square with no parking in order to be able to easily bring the luggage to the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really wanted to love our place, but ran into some issues. When I checked in, I was expecting a shower, but there was only a tub. A few minutes after the water was running, the tub began flooding the bathroom floor as water was leaking out underneath. I tried calling the number listed in the room for help several times, but no answer. I emailed, which they responded to within 20 minutes, and they brought us towels then left. No plumber, no assistance in cleaning up the flooded bathroom. The next morning, I requested an update, and they suggested I had used the sprayer from the tub and sprayed water on the floor. This time, I ran the water without going into the tub myself, and sure enough, water started streaming out from underneath the tub again. It was a 3 day stay and I never had a working tub as no plumber came to fix the issue. After checkout, I was accused of having broken a handrail in the building, not near the unit's entry, in a building that has many units. I loved their staff in person, but I won't be staying with this company again. Company is Rent in Tuscany.
