★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Core de roma is a nice and local restaurant in rome. I believe many local people and families eat here often. I ordered some Roman style chicken and I enjoyed it. My boyfriend had a pizza diavolo and told me that it was good as well. The staff speaks and understands English a little bit which makes it possible for a tourist to eat here. I would recommend this budget friendly(chicken was 8 Euro's and pizza 6) restaurant if you are looking for some affordable and good food when living or visiting Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food, fantastic service and a great value. There are a ton of food places in Rome to choose from, make this one of those places!! We were the only Americans there. No frozen reheated meals coming out of this place. We’re in Rome for a week and we’ll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable server when we dined outside for dinner. We had a focaccia to start and then two pasta plates (four types of pasta total). Bill with water came to 29€.
I went back for lunch on Sunday (they’re closed after breakfast on Saturday) and enjoyed gnocchitti with creams for 9€.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing restaurant, excellent traditional Roman food! Big choice of tasty food in very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and casual. It's a must for Roma fans as it is owned by people who love Roma. The staff is very friendly, helpful and is happy to explain the dishes to non Italian customers. We will eat here again for sure!
