★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo soli tre anni abbiamo problemi di infiltrazioni, muri perimetrali esterni pieni di infiltrazioni e parti comuni (marmi) rovinati e ingialliti e nessuno si è mai preoccupato o intervenuto per porre rimedio. Adesso abbiamo dovuto nominare dei periti e probabilmente ci sarà bisogno di un intervento. Pazzesco.
 After only three years we have problems of infiltrations, external perimeter walls full of infiltrations and common parts (marbles) damaged and yellowed and no one has ever worried or intervened to remedy. Now we have had to appoint experts and there will probably be a need for action. Crazy.
