We learned a lot - Andrea knew so much about ingredients and technics and showed us how to cook our favourite Italian food. It was the best day of our holiday! We learned how to cook meals that were incredible yet simple enough to recreate at home and had a great time tasting and sipping Prosecco along the way. At the end of the class you sit down to enjoy your hard earned meal and chat with your other group members. We can’t wait to come back each time we are in Rome and maybe even take a virtual class! I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Rome!!

We were a group of seven and we all had the opportunity to participate, learn, laugh and just have so much fun with Chef Andrea and Victoria!! I love the talent and gift Chef Andrea has in teaching and making everyone feel important and needed. My kids fully enjoyed every aspect. They even tried and loved new recipes. There is nothing like going to Italy and having the opportunity to be at a professional chef's kitchen and learn hands on with him. I will definitely go back next time I am in Rome and would recommend this specific cooking class to anyone looking for a good time including wonderful food and wines. Andrea is fun, very patient and kind. With his guidance, we cooked everything from scratch with fresh and seasonal ingredients. What a pleasure to be able to say “I have made the best carbonara ever”. Note that the recipes are sent by email afterwards so you’ll be able to recreate the full menu at home and impress your friends ;) The location is ideal as it’s in the heart of the vibrant neighbourhood of Travestere.

Chef is an incredible host and wonderful chef. We discussed the keys to great cooking before we went into the kitchen. He is very easy to talk to you and helps you through the preparation of a wonderful meal. This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Rome! I am already planning on doing some online classes with him to expand my repertoire of Italian dishes. This is a can't miss! Highly recommend!!

We cooked a 4 course meal from scratch using all fresh ingredients, made fresh pasta for ravioli, the tomato sauce, tirramasu. When we sat down to eat we were given wine for each course. It was an amazing day and Andreas was so helpful, he put us at ease right away. I’d highly recommend the class.

After not having seen my sister in two years due to Covid, I decided that this class would be the perfect introduction for her to Rome. The two of us had so much fun and were so impressed by the delicious dishes that we learnt how to prepare with Andrea; they were inventive and adaptable so that we could use in-season ingredients available to us in France and Australia (where we both live respectively). Andrea’s class is a must-do in Rome and is perfect for couples, friends, families or solo, as I did the first time I went. He deconstructs what seem like complex dishes into simple steps and provides great cooking tips along the way. I will definitely be back for a third visit! He even made me like mushrooms! Thank you Andrea
