Garantiscono le Messe le confessioni e aiutano i poveri e bisognosi. Frati cordiali e simpatici. Iniziative varie nei periodi importanti dell'anno ( Natale, festa della Madonna della Rocca, ecc.), ma anche in altri momenti. Presenza del Gruppo del Terz'Ordine Francescano. Peccato che la chiesa sia ancora in restauro post terremoto. Celebrazioni feriali in una chiesa più piccola e festive in una tensostruttura di maggiori dimensioni. Il Santuario custodisce un affresco della Madonna che proviene dalla Rocca di Cento che si trova nello stesso piazzale della chiesa. Nell’immagine c’è una evidente traccia di sangue che scaturisce dal naso della Madonna, intervento sicuramente eseguito a posteriori che probabilmente è stato fatto dopo un miracolo attribuito alla Vergine. L’esterno della chiesa presenta una semplice facciata con portico con facciata ad arco, mentre l’interno si presenta più ricco e interessante. La chiesa si sviluppa su tre navate con le due navate laterali con degli altari minori. Pregevoli le cupole affrescate poste sopra il presbiterio e l’abside riportate all’originale bellezza dopo il restauro/consolidamento. Alle spalle dell’altare maggiore, che custodisce l’immagine della Madonna, si sviluppa un coro ligneo disposto a semicerchio.
