★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, cercando un locale in affitto, con ottime referenze, lavoro stabile e stipendio superiore alla norma, con reddito superiore a 60k euro all’anno, dimostrando il mio interesse per un locale da loro pubblicizzato, vengo ricontattato perché mi informano che loro nonostante una presentazione inviata con dossier completo, non mi mostrano il locale ma fanno una sorta di “selezioni” al telefono, dimostrandomi abbastanza stupito e esterrefatto, mostro comunque la mia disponibilità, ma mi informano che comunque la telefonata era solo per prendere appuntamento telefonico per le loro selezioni, prima disponibilità nelle due settimane successive, roba che nemmeno al grande fratello, mancava solo la de filippi, e gli sgabelli con tronisti e troniste, la situazione è davvero paradassole ed ironica, mai visto nulla di simile, conosco altre agenzie del gruppo e non lavorano così, in ogni caso mi sono rivolto ad altra agenzia in città, la quale non solo ha riconosciuto che le mie referenze e il mio reddito rappresentino un valore aggiunto ed una garanzia ai loro clienti, ma hanno saputo guidarmi direttamente nell’acquisto dello stesso immobile che volevo inizialmente affittare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver conosciuto Piero e Irene, e aver ricevuto le prestazioni della loro agenzia in più occasioni (affitto e acquisto), faccio molta fatica a credere alle recensioni (poche) negative che vedo. Io ho solo trovato competenza, chiarezza, prontezza a rispondere ad ogni richiesta in tempi stretti anche nel weekend o in orario serale. E sopratutto onestà, anche quando magari certi passaggi non avevano un ritorno diretto per l'agenzia, ma erano invece utili al cliente. In conclusione, lo consiglio vivamente. Ce ne fossero!
After meeting Piero and Irene, and having received the performance of their agency on several occasions (rent and purchase), I find it very hard to believe the (few) negative reviews I see. I only found competence, clarity, readiness to respond to every request within a short time even on the weekend or in the evening. And above all honesty, even when perhaps some passages did not have a direct return for the agency, but were instead useful to the customer. In conclusion, I highly recommend it. There were!
