★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il convento si trova collocato a mezza collina, gode di una favolosa veduta panoramica. Edificio visibile da molto lontano. Si trova in una condizione pietosa, una buona parte rimane come solo come rovina. Gran parte del convento appartiene a privati. Rimanendo in questa situazione non avrà alcun futuro.
The convent is located on a low hill, it enjoys a wonderful panoramic view. Building visible from far away. It is in a pitiable condition, much of it remains as only as a ruin. Most of the convent belongs to individuals. Staying in this situation will have no future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulle pendici orientali del Monte Pulgo svetta questo enorme complesso, ora in rovina, della chiesa e del convento dei Santi Fabiano e Sebastiano. È documentato che fin dal 1259 ospitò un primo convento benedettino. Fino ad una rifondazione da parte dei "Frati minori osservanti" che lo ampliarono tra il 1483 e il 1486. Prima di allora il convento e la chiesa erano infatti di modeste dimensioni. Fu ingrandita la chiesa e innalzato il campanile.
Nel 1810, dopo la soppressione Napoleonica del convento stesso, iniziò una progressiva rovina.
Ad oggi il complesso è ancora ben visibile dal basso ma non visitabile. Di esso rimangono tracce dell'abside della chiesa, dei chiostri e del campanile. Campanile che crollò a causa di un fulmine in tempi recenti. All'epoca della soppressione Napoleonica vennero definitivamente rovinate molte opere d'arte tra le quali una di Jacopo Da Ponte detto il Bassano e molte altre. Come detto, purtroppo il Convento non è visitabile, anche se dovrebbe essere previsto un suo restauro. Speriamo
On the eastern slopes of Mount Pulgo stands this enormous complex, now in ruins, of the church and convent of Saints Fabiano and Sebastiano. It is documented that since 1259 it housed a first Benedictine convent. Until a re-founding by the "observant Friars Minor" who expanded it between 1483 and 1486. Before then the convent and the church were in fact of modest size. The church was enlarged and the bell tower raised.
In 1810, after the Napoleonic suppression of the convent itself, a progressive ruin began.
To date the complex is still clearly visible from the bottom but not open to visitors. Traces of it remain of the apse of the church, the cloisters and the bell tower. Bell tower that collapsed due to lightning in recent times. At the time of the Napoleonic suppression many works of art were definitively ruined, including one by Jacopo Da Ponte known as Bassano and many others. As mentioned, unfortunately the Convent cannot be visited, even if it should be restored. Let's hope
