J	Jesus Munives on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viaje 5 horas con toda mi familia para hacer varios documentos, por error no consideramos algunos de los requisitos que nos pidieron con anticipación pero con la ayuda de Gonzalo y el amable señor de la recepción logré asentar y hacer los pasaportes de mis menores hijos. Personas muy capacitadas y amables a la mano de quienes llegan todos los días a hacer cualquier documento. Agradezco mediante esté medio por que si no hubiera sido por ellos el viaje que hice con toda mi familia hubiera sido en vano. Estuve toda la mañana y pude observar que están organizados con los tiempos de las citas y comprimiendo tiempos dan una mano a personas que como yo en este caso necesitaba una documentación importante y la hicieron. Muchas gracias !!! Muy buena atención y dentro de sus posibilidades a la mano para solucionar cualquier inconveniente. No es la primera vez que voy y siempre e conseguido gracias a todos ellos hacer mis documentos. Very trained and friendly people at the hand of those who come every day to make any document. I am grateful through this medium because if it had not been for them the trip I made with my whole family would have been in vain. I was there all morning and I could see that they are organized with appointment times and by compressing times they give a hand to people who like me in this case needed important documentation and they did it. Thanks a lot !!! Very good attention and within their possibilities at hand to solve any problem. Son unos incapaces, cada vez que tengo que tramitar algo hay problemas. Por favor al Cónsul de Peru en Roma, haga una limpia de todo el personal mediocre. A	Andrew Taboada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gonzalo e il portiere sono stati fantastici, i miei antecedenti penali tra 2 mese scadono e mi serviva urgentemente il mio passaporto per fare la richiesta di cittadinanza, gentilmente Gonzalo aveva capito il problema e mi ha dato un appuntamento anticipando la data per il rinnovo del passaporto con cui finisco di riunire tutti i requisiti, grazie di tutto per la vostra disponibilità e gentilezza....5 stelle meritate per entrambi. Gonzalo and the concierge were fantastic, my criminal records expire in 2 months and I urgently needed my passport to apply for citizenship, kindly Gonzalo understood the problem and gave me an appointment anticipating the date for the renewal of the passport with which I finish to gather all the requirements, thanks for everything for your availability and kindness .... 5 stars you deserve for both.
