Имеется бассейн, парковка пронумерованная для каждого номера, игровая площадка. С удовольствием приедем еще. Рекомендую. Beautiful apartments, comfortable, spacious, with a wide terrace on which you are not worried about a child. There is a swimming pool, parking numbered for each room, a playground. We are happy to come again. Recommend.
v	virginia v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perche non posso metterne meno: serrature malfunzionanti, armadi inutilizzabili dal momento che i cassetti nemmeno si aprivano, fornelli e gas difettosi, interruttori della luce che a volte andavano e a volte no.. L'unica nota positiva é la posizione a solo 2 minuti dalla spiaggia ma non ci tornerei mai. I put a star because I can not put less: malfunctioning locks, unusable cabinets since the drawers did not even open, faulty cookers and gases, light switches that sometimes went and sometimes did not .. The only positive note is the position only 2 minutes from the beach but would never go back.

Posto, forse perché pieno di ricordi, meraviglioso e meta delle nostre vacanze estive da anni. Spiaggia grande e tranquilla, piena di comfort. Lo adoro. We have been renting an apartment in this condominium for years. Beautiful sea, beautiful and large terrace. Place, perhaps because full of memories, wonderful and destination of our summer holidays for years. Large and quiet beach, full of comfort. I love it.
A	Alice Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 1 Stella perchè non posso dare di meno. Disorganizzato, mancano alcuni cuscini e posate. Sporco, vecchio, non funziona niente. Molto piccolo e non c’è spazio per i mobili e per aprire la finestra. Boiler vecchissimo e non si può tenere acceso assieme all’asciugacapelli. Materassi bassi e scomodi, uno è un divano letto e gli altri due sono due brandine che formano un letto matrimoniale. L’armadio cade a pezzi, ci sono poche prese, l’interruttore della luce non funziona e funzionava una lampadina su tre. Non è presente il box doccia e lo scarico è intasato. Lo scarico del water non funziona. Non presente né lavatrice né catino per fare il bucato. Nemmeno lo stendino. Il microonde va messo sul pavimento perché non esiste una presa vicina. Fornelli del gas non funzionanti. L’unica nota positiva è la posizione. Non ci tornerò mai più. I give 1 star because I can't give less. Disorganized, missing some pillows and cutlery. Dirty, old, nothing works. Very small and there is no space for furniture and to open the window. Very old boiler and cannot be kept on together with the hairdryer. Low and uncomfortable mattresses, one is a sofa bed and the other two are two cots that form a double bed. The wardrobe falls apart, there are few sockets, the light switch does not work and one out of three bulbs worked. There is no shower stall and the drain is clogged. The toilet flush does not work. There is no washing machine or basin for doing laundry. Not even the drying rack. The microwave should be placed on the floor because there is no nearby outlet. Gas burners not working. The only positive note is the location. I will never go back.

Armadio rotto, scarico water non funzionante, rubinetti difettati, riscaldamento ubsoleto, lampadine fulminate, il "letto matrimoniale" è un divano letto con un materasso spesso quanto lo zoccolo di mia nonna, cuscini mancanti, stendino inesistente, stoviglie per 2 persone in una casa spacciata per 4 persone, arredamenti bislacchi, rovinati e vecchi, serrature ossidate e non funzionanti. Servizio clienti inesistenti. Insomma se volete una casa solo per degli interruttori che funzionano e che sia vicino al mare va bene, altrimenti non buttate i vostri soldi. 1 star because 0 is not possible. Nemmeno i mobili si potevano usare per via dei cassetti rotti. Serrature delle porte improponibili, e nel caso rimani chiuso fuori di sera non puoi più entrare perché l’agenzia non risponde. Unica nota positiva è la vicinanza alle spiagge. Sconsigliatissimo, non ci tornerò mai più. Большой плюс- море в шаговой доступности.200 метров. Есть минусы. В номере нет электрочайника , но есть кружка-кастрюлька 0.5 л. Ей мы и пользовались. Есть 2 кастрюли и две сковороды но нет крышек для них. А так все было хорошо. Residencia Sabrina was ok. For those who are interested in the sea. A budget option. There is everything you need. A big plus is the sea within walking distance. 200 meters. There are downsides. There is no electric kettle in the room, but there is a 0.5 l mug-saucepan. We also used it. There are 2 pots and 2 pans but no lids. And so everything was fine.
