I was a guest of friends who were staying in one of the apartments. I was struck by the details of this residence ... all nuovo..molto bello..pulito in comuni..luminoso..molto parts cured.

Good location facing the sea with internal parking space, dated furnishings, internal doors that do not close, poorly maintained front door, equipment such as poor TV crockery but does not take the RAI, comfortable beds at all.

Herd mit Induktionsfeld, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen einzeln steuerbar, Parkplatz überdacht mit elektrischem Tor, Sixherheitstüre alles da. Badezimmer Top modern mit Regendusche. Das einzige das fehlt sind Handtuchhaken im Bad und ein Badezimmermülleimer aber über das kann man gerne hinwegsehen weil alles andere einfach perfekt ist. Auch die Matrazen sind super bequem. Ein super Appartement! The apartment is super modern everything was there what you need. Dishwasher, washing machine, 2 large terraces. Cooker with induction field, air conditioning in all rooms individually controllable, covered parking with electric gate, Sixherheitstüre everything there. Bathroom top modern with rain shower. The only thing missing are towel hooks in the bathroom and a bathroom bins but you can overlook that because everything else is just perfect. The mattresses are super comfortable. A great apartment!

This is not the first time we have been in the apartment. Comfortable, modern, close to the beach. Well equipped. An excellent choice for a family of 4.
R	Rachel BD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Das Haus liegt im Ortsteil Lido del Sole, nur durch eine wenig befahrene Einbahnstraße vom Strand getrennt. Im Umkreis von wenigen hundert Metern befindet sich alles, was man so braucht (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheke, Bars). Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherdplatten modern ausgestattet, andererseits fehlen Dinge wie ein Wasserkocher oder eine Schere. Das Bad ist mit einer Regendusche ausgestattet, aber es fehlen tatsächlich Handtuchhaken. Da ich das in einer Bewertung gelesen hatte, habe ich ablösbare Klebehaken mitgenommen und das so gelöst. Sehr praktisch für einen Strandurlaub mit Kleinkind fanden wir die (kleine) Toploader-Waschmaschine, die auf dem Balkon in einem Schrank untergebracht ist. Leider gibt es keinen Staubsauger, sondern nur einen langen Besen mit einem viel zu kleinen Kehrblech. Für hohe Autos (Dachbox!) gibt es nur wenige Parkplätze, so dass wir unser Auto während unseres Urlaubs einmal umparken mussten. Unterm Strich waren wir insbesondere mit der guten, zentralen Lage der Wohnung zufrieden. Da in der Hauptsaison bei unserer Buchung kein Sonnenschirm inklusive war, haben wir im Vorfeld einen gebucht. Unserer war im Sektor Vivaldi B, nur etwa drei Minuten von unserer Wohnung entfernt. The house is located in the district Lido del Sole, separated only by a little busy one-way street from the beach. Within a few hundred meters there is everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bars). The kitchen is equipped with induction hot plates modern, on the other hand, things are missing such as a kettle or a pair of scissors. The bathroom has a rain shower but there are actually no towel hooks. Since I had read in a review, I took removable adhesive hooks and solved that. Very handy for a beach vacation with a toddler we found the (small) Toploader washing machine, which is housed on the balcony in a closet. Unfortunately, there is no vacuum cleaner, only a long broom with a much too small dustpan. For high cars (roof box!) There are only a few parking spaces, so we had to re-park our car during our vacation. All in all, we were particularly pleased with the good, central location of the apartment. Since in the high season with our booking no beach umbrella was included, we booked in advance one. Ours was in the sector Vivaldi B, only about three minutes from our apartment. Nur sehr sehr mittelmäßige Einrichtung und Ausstattung, keine Hacken weder in Bad noch Küche, äußerst wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Personal vor Ort in Lido del sole nicht gerade kompetent. WLAN ein einziges Ärgernis, einfach nicht zeitgemäß. Photographs of the apartments give hope for a relaxing stay. Only very, very mediocre furnishings and fittings, no hooks in either bathroom or kitchen, very few dishes and cutlery. On-site staff in Lido del sole not exactly competent. WLAN a single annoyance, just not up to date.
E	Edina Garamvölgyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renewed in 2016. Great, clean, modern apartmans for familys 2 minutes from the sea. Aircondition, washing machine, dish washer, electric shades. Huge balcony. We were in apt nr 245 on the 4th floor and it had 2 balconies. We were here 3 times already. I highly recommend it!
