Il bagno senza un box doccia lascia molto a desiderare: la tenda è ingiallita, la doccia scarica male, il bidet non funzionante, coperchio water ingiallito, privo di appendini. I materassi singoli da cambiare. In cucina non ci sono coltelli, impossibile tagliare. Le persiane non si chiudono. La pulizia finale obbligatoria non è fatta per niente bene. Bel terrazzo vista mare laterale. Bel complesso. Small apartment with old furniture. The bathroom without a shower box leaves a lot to be desired: the curtain is yellowed, the shower drains badly, the bidet not working, the toilet lid yellowed, without hangers. Single mattresses to change. In the kitchen there are no knives, impossible to cut. The shutters do not close. The mandatory final cleaning is not done well at all. Nice terrace with side sea view. Nice complex.
L	Lee Krone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großes Anwesen, mit Aufzug, was toll ist. Wir waren drei Familien, jede hatte seine Wohnung. Unsere Wohnung (4 Personen) hatte 3 Zimmer, gut ausgestattet, neuwertiges Möbel, TV Flachschirm. Klima, Mikrowelle, schönes Bad, neue Glasduschkabine, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Andere Familie zu dritt, 2 Zimmer Wohnung , fünf Schlafplätze, was aber so nicht möglich war, weil die ausziehbaren Betten aus dem Schrank für Erwachsene nicht geeignet waren, so mussten die Familien die Wohnungen untereinander tauschen. Klimaanlage war in jeder Wohnung so angebracht, dass man am Sofa schön gefroren hat. Wer also am Sofa schlief , musste ganz auf Klima verzichten. Big property, with an elevator, which is great. We were three families, each with their own apartment. Our apartment (4 people) had 3 rooms, well equipped, new furniture, flat screen TV. Air conditioning, microwave, nice bathroom, new glass shower cubicle, we were very satisfied. Another family of three, 2 room apartment, five beds, but this was not possible because the pull-out beds from the closet were not suitable for adults, so the families had to swap apartments. Air conditioning was installed in each apartment in such a way that it was nice to freeze on the sofa. So if you slept on the sofa, you had to do without air conditioning.
M	Max B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit dem Zimmer waren wir nicht zufrieden, wenig Platz alte Klimaanlage, viel zu laut. Die Fenster waren schlecht abgedichtet deshalb konnte man alles hören was draußen passiert. Küche ist mit Wohnzimmer verbunden und sehr klein. Zu zweit kann man Urlaub verbringen aber mit der Familie wird es knapp was die Größe angeht. Im Bad war das Klo sehr knapp an Duschkabine installiert so das man mit den Knien gegen die Dusche stoßen müsste. Ansonsten sehr sauber gewesen, Betten waren nicht die neuesten aber man konnte schlafen. Großes Balkon mit Aussicht auf neben stehenden Hotel. Strand nicht weit entfernt (war echt schön). Wir persönlich würden nicht wieder hinfahren. With the room we were not satisfied, little space old air conditioning, too loud. The windows were poorly sealed so you could hear everything that happened outside. Kitchen is connected to living room and very small. For two you can spend holidays but with the family it is just in terms of size. In the bathroom, the toilet was very close to shower stall installed so you would have to bump your knees against the shower. Otherwise very clean, beds were not the newest but you could sleep. Large balcony with views of adjacent hotel. Beach not far away (was really nice). We personally would not go back.

Manca animazione per bambini e scivoli per piscine Clean, welcoming residence with helpful staff. Outdoor swimming pool available in case you have children. There is no entertainment for children and slides for swimming pools

Il prezzo è leggermente alto rispetto alla grandezza dell'appartamento. La struttura esterna è ben pulita e molto comoda alla spiaggia. Da consigliare al massimo ad una famiglia di 3 persone. La piscina è pulitissima. Il servizio manutenzione ottimo. Ottima la vista del mare We spent a week in late July. The apartment matched the description of the real estate agency. The price is slightly higher than the size of the apartment. The external structure is well cleaned and very convenient to the beach. Recommended for a family of 3 at most. The pool is spotless. Excellent maintenance service. Excellent view of the sea
