Die Wohnung war, bei einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, zweckmässig / funktionell eingerichtet, in ordentlichem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung verfügte über einen grossen Balkon mit teilw. Meersicht. TV war vorhanden, WLAN jedoch nicht. Der grosse Vorteil der Wohnung ist sicherlich die Nähe zu Meer und Zentrum sowie der Pizza-Takeway direkt unten im Haus.
We had rented an apartment in the App.ti Smeralda as seasonal accommodation. The apartment was, with a good price / performance ratio, functional / functional, in good condition and very clean. The apartment had a large balcony with a partial sea view. TV was available, but not WiFi. The big advantage of the apartment is the proximity to the sea and the center as well as the pizza takeway right down in the house.
