Personale qualificato, competente e molto gentile! I was a guest at the Bibione Palace Hotel in the week of August 15th and the very kind receptionists advised me to come to this pharmacy for the tampon. Qualified, competent and very kind staff!

Als wir aber dann zum vereinbarten Termin auftauchten, wurde uns gesagt dass man keine Termine telefonisch ausmachen könne. Die Frage mit welchem Mitarbeiter wir denn dann telefoniert haben, wurde leider keinesfalls beantwortet. Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Englisch) und Sympathie der Mitarbeiter nur in sehr geringem Maß vorhanden! Letztendlich stehen wir nun ohne Test da und müssen unsere letzten Stunden im Urlaub mit stressigem Organisationskram verbringen! Unfortunately, 0 stars do not work! Absolute cheek! If we arranged a test appointment by phone, everything went smoothly. But when we showed up at the agreed time, we were told that no appointments could be made by phone. The question with which employee we then phoned was unfortunately not answered. Communication skills (English) and employee sympathy only existed to a very low degree! Ultimately, we are now without a test and have to spend our last hours on vacation with stressful organizational stuff!

Inoltre è una delle poche farmacie che esegue i tamponi , complimenti. I am the owner of the Franz hotel and I was very satisfied with the kindness and care with which they helped me to make an appointment for the tampons that my customers had to perform. It is also one of the few pharmacies that do swabs, congratulations.

Praticamente un ricarico del 100%. Non ho parole. Ci vorrebbe un’authority che controllasse l’onestà di certe persone e che provvedesse di conseguenza, soprattutto su prodotti che non si possono definire voluttuari. Ovviamente mi aspetto una risposta giustificativa da parte dei titolari. On July 31, 2021, I purchased a COVID rapid test (Rapid SARS-Cov-2 Antigen Test Card distributed by technomed) paying € 19.90 when it is sold for € 10 in all pharmacies. Virtually a 100% markup. I have no words. It would take an authority to check the honesty of certain people and to provide accordingly, especially on products that cannot be defined as luxury goods. Obviously I expect a justifying response from the owners.
