Per caso ci siamo fermati nel concessionario Mirauto e li abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere il Signor Simone De Bosi. Che dire.... una persona straordinaria,preparatissima nel suo campo, e con una gran professionalità da vedere. Lo consigliamo vivamente.Ritornero li per acquistare altre auto. This morning my husband and I went to Rome to buy a new car. By chance we stopped at the Mirauto dealership and we were lucky enough to meet Mr. Simone De Bosi. What can I say .... an extraordinary person, very well prepared in his field, and with a great professionalism to see. We highly recommend it. I will return there to buy more cars.
F	Federico Vallini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un interruttore alzacristalli preventivo di 280 euro (120 euro di interruttore più 2 ore di manodopera previste a 80 euro l'ora). in realtà: 20 minuti di lavoro (dalle 14.30 alle 14.50) per montare l'interruttore più il tempo conteggiato per tirare su il finestrino quando ho portato la macchina la settimana prima (forse mezz'ora). Solo in seguito alle mie rimostranze mi sono state tolte 40 euro. Grazie Mirauto. Gentile Sig. Proprietario, in seguito alla Sua risposta... anche volendo sorvolare sulla congruità dei 120 euro per un interruttore o degli 80 euro l'ora per la mano d'opera (o come scrive Lei 67 - presumo più iva - che alla fine sempre 80 sono) rimane il fatto che al momento di pagare mi sono stati chiesti 160 euro per un'ora scarsa di lavoro solo perché sul preventivo ne erano stimate due. Lo "sconto" di 40 euro, come dice Lei è, semmai, un adeguamento di prezzo, peraltro insufficiente, da voi operato solo perché vi ho messo di fronte all'evidenza dei fatti. È vero che ho accettato il preventivo, cosa che ho fatto sulla fiducia non potendo certamente conoscere i tempi di lavorazione, ma questa fiducia è stata tradita dal vostro comportamento. Per correttezza credo che starebbe a voi rettificare di vostra iniziativa il prezzo della manodopera preventivata in base al tempo di lavoro effettivamente svolto e non farlo solo dopo legittime rimostranze e spiacevoli discussioni. In questa promessa si concretizza il servizio al cliente che molti sognano e che molte altre assistenze si sognano, ed in questo centro si sottolinea ancora più. Cortesia e chiarezza è stato il primo piacere, nessun tergiversare o ritrovarsi a fare il mercante in fiera, si arriva, si domanda e si hanno risposte chiare e soprattutto oneste!! Poi, anche per brevi interventi propongono auto sostitutive ( se si arriva con un'auto elettrica, forniscono una elettrica possibilmente! Cosa non scontata!). I prezzi super onesti, certo non economici, ma ci stà, soprattutto perché la qualità si vede. C'è anche un bel po' di sconto quando possibile, e personalmente ho apprezzato e trovato giustissimo vedere un piccolo sconto sui ricambi e nessuno sconto sulla manodopera (l'esperienza mi ha portato ad apprezzare la vera professionalità e competenza senza svalutarla!). Lavaggio auto incluso, la ciliegina. Centro consigliato! Anche a chi, come nel mio caso, risulta un po' lontano. Dopo aver provato altre officine ed esserne rimasto deluso, sono felice di averne trovata una che mi dia sicurezza.
