★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca riservatezza se decidi di parlare con un venditore e poca voglia di vendere ! Capisco che alcuni prodotti si vendono da soli, capisco che una persona possa già arrivare informata e vi basta parlargli due secondi per capire chi avete di fronte, capisco che di parole ne fate tante tutti i giorni con tante gente, capisco che era sabato.... ho anche capito che qui non lascerò una caparra ! In quel momento tre venditori con nemmeno un cliente seduto di fronte! Di forza mi sono seduto per valutare una macchina ma ragazzi....ma vi ha obbligato qualcuno a fare questo lavoro o lo avete scelto ? Sicuramente vendete ugualmente ma la percezione che ho avuto è tutt'altro che sentirmi trattato da cliente.. peccato, soprattutto per voi ! Il tempo aiuterà a capire tante cose

Of force I sat down to evaluate a car but guys .... but did someone force you to do this job or did you choose it? Surely you sell anyway but the perception I had is far from feeling treated as a customer .. too bad, especially for you! Time will help to understand many things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello il salone espositivo con decine e decine di auto sopratutto km 0. Solo quello di positivo, il venditore che ci ha seguito pareva scocciato, tant'è che sembrava gli facessi perder tempo invitandomi a guardare il sito internet senza farmi un preventivo o un idea di esso, senza neanche valutare il mio usato. Dopo che gli avevo chiesto una vettura a gpl o metano e lui mi propone solo macchine di un altro segmento (decisamente più caro) a diesel, l'ho salutato, sono uscito e l'auto l'ho acquistata da un'altra parte.
Decisamente non ci ritornerò!!!
Beautiful exhibition hall with dozens of cars especially km 0. Only the positive, the seller who followed us seemed annoyed, so much so that seemed to make me waste time inviting me to look at the website without making me a quote or an idea of it, without even evaluating my used. After I asked him for a LPG or CNG car and he only offered me cars from another (much more expensive) diesel segment, I said goodbye, I went out and bought the car somewhere else.
Definitely I will not be back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I venditori sono poco interessati a vendere, accolgono il cliente con aria di sufficenza e rispondono alle domande come degli automi .... Al salone Porche o Bmw sono molto più alla mano di questa gente mi hanno fatto sentire un pezzente .... Sconsigliatissimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son entrata con il mio compagno per farmi un'idea sull'auto che avrei dovuto acquistare. Dopo un veloce giro all'interno del salone siamo stati avvicinati da un venditore che di per sé dava già l'impressione di essere scocciato. Per carità, a tutti capita una brutta giornata. Per cui abbiamo parlato con lui esponendo i requisiti essenziali che l'auto avrebbe dovuto avere, tra cui il prezzo. In breve ci sin state proposte auto totalmente fuori budget dandomi l'impressione di esser giudicati causa il prezzo. Tra l'altro mi ha fatto guardare sul sito che hanno. Cosa che avrei potuto far da casa. Ho chiesto poi di guardare il mio usato x valutatr il da farsi e sto ancora aspettando che il venditore lo faccia.
Per me dovrebbero lavorare un po'su come rapportarsi con il cliente.
L'auto l'ho comprata poi da un'altra parte. Le due stelle sono x il bel spazio espositivo che hanno, curato e con auto di diversi generi.
Personalmente lo sconsiglio, però son sicura che ci siano anche venditori più bravi all'interno.

After a quick ride inside the salon we were approached by a seller who in itself already gave the impression of being annoyed. For heaven's sake, everyone has a bad day. So we talked to him explaining the essential requirements that the car should have had, including the price. In short, there have been proposed cars totally out of budget giving me the impression of being judged due to the price. By the way, he made me look at the site they have. What I could have done from home. I then asked to look at my used x evaluate what to do and I'm still waiting for the seller to do it.
For me they should work a bit on how to deal with the customer.
I bought the car from somewhere else. The two stars are x the beautiful exhibition space they have, cared for and with cars of different kinds.
Personally I do not recommend it, but I'm sure there are even better sellers inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un meccanico di Ferrara ho avuto a che fare con l'officina per un problema molto grave alla 500 di un mio caro amico. Al telefono la prima volta ho parlato con l accettatore Cristiano una persona fantastica poi una volta fissato l'appunto sono andato e ho spiegato tutto anche al altro che mi sfugge il nome molto professionale! Complimenti davvero ragazzi e buon lavoro!
I am a mechanic from Ferrara I had to deal with the workshop for a very serious problem with the 500 of a dear friend of mine. On the phone the first time I spoke to the receptionist Cristiano a fantastic person then once I fixed the note I went and explained everything to the other one who escapes me the very professional name! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto in panne con il mio furgoncino, dopo tantissime chiamate, ho dovuto arrangiarmi da un altra parte, che nonostante il loro impegno non sapevano neppure che cosa era l'impianto ADBlue. Servizio pessimo meglio evitare.
I was stranded with my van, after many calls, I had to get by somewhere else, which despite their efforts did not even know what the ADBlue system was. Bad service best avoided.
