Per il rinnovo della carta d'identità è richiesta la prenotazione, la vecchia carta e una fototessera. Nell'era della tecnologia, di internet e degli smartphone tu porti una tua fototessera, la scansionano e te la ridanno. Quindi se io ti mando una mail con la mia fototessera non semplifichiamo un po' le cose ed evitiamo anche di produrre foto che poi inquinano? NO! Non si può perchè loro poi non sanno come passare questa foto da una mail alla pagina web che si occupa dell'inoltro della richiesta di carta d'identità elettronica. Cioè non c'è nessuno in comune che sia in grado di fare una cosa simile... e poi ci stupiamo se le cose vanno male.
