★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un certificato di residenza ci sono voluti 90 minuti. Avevo compilato precedentemente la domanda per velocizzare la procedura. Non mancava nulla eppure in 4 impiegate non sono venute a capo di nulla. Sono scandalosi. Servizio veramente inqualificabile.
 For a certificate of residence it took 90 minutes. I had previously filled out the application to speed up the procedure. Nothing was lacking, yet 4 employees did not manage anything. They are outrageous. Truly unspeakable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il principale problema è la scarsissima capacità di lavorare con le altre persone che il personale (sebbene con alcune eccezioni) dimostra. Posso comprendere che lavorare con il pubblico sia stressante ma ciò non giustifica il totale disinteresse per la risoluzione dei problemi altrui e la maleducazione.
The main problem is the very poor ability to work with other people that the staff (albeit with some exceptions) demonstrate. I can understand that working with the public is stressful but this does not justify the total disinterest in solving other people's problems and rudeness.

Inoltre si nota anche la grande professionalità nel non riascoltare la registrazione che puntualmente ti comunica anche la punteggiatura delle testo, giusto per confonderti così puoi ascoltare ancora un'altra volta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono lontani i tempi in cui negli uffici pubblici si veniva maltrattati. Da tempo nel comune di Alpignano regna grande cortesia e gentilezza. Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza personale aggiungo anche efficienza.
1) telefono, espongo la necessità, appuntamento per il giorno dopo.
2) arrivo puntuale, 5 minuti di attesa, sono servito.
Dovrebbe essere di esempio per tutti.
Norme anti covid rispettatissime.
Scanner, controllo temperatura, pannelli di separazione, igienizzante mani, distanziamento, tutto perfetto.
Gone are the days when people were mistreated in public offices. Great courtesy and kindness has reigned for some time in the municipality of Alpignano. As for my personal experience, I also add efficiency.
