★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fare con due persone del comune, una S.M. estremamente gentile e disponibile, l'altra (avevamo appuntamento il mese prima con SM che però non era disponibile) maleducata e scocciata. Se si lavora nel pubblico (so di cosa parlo) bisogna essere gentili, almeno con chi si pone con sorriso ed in modo educato.
I had to deal with two people from the municipality, an S.M. extremely polite and helpful, the other (we had an appointment the month before with MS but was not available) rude and annoyed. If you work in the public (I know what I'm talking about) you have to be kind, at least with those who pose with a smile and in a polite way.
