La cosa assurda, che per mero scrupolo di curiosità, ho chiamato alle 20:30… E mi hanno risposto! Se prima ci volevano 6 mesi per ritirare una concessione, oggi ce ne vogliono 12. Volete capire che non si può parlare per email? Chiuso al pubblico da quasi 3 anni con la scusa del Covid (ormai con il green pass dovrebbe essere consentito un accesso, ancorché scaglionato e su appuntamenti). Pratiche smarrite e finite chissà dove. Uno sfacelo di cui l'unico a pagarne le conseguenze è il cittadino. Spero che con la nuova amministrazione possa cambiare qualcosa. Primo sollecito del tecnico luglio 2020. Seguono altri 6 solleciti, poi il sollecito del notaio (ricevuta buona proposta di acquisto) e diffida avvocato: la pratica è ancora giù in archivio anni '80. Risposte: copia e incolla delle info che hanno già messo on line (nessuno si è degnato di scendere a prenderla). Casa inutilizzata poiché in attesa di condono non è possibile ristrutturarla e anche la vendita è saltata... Prossimo passo dovuto denuncia per omissione atti d'ufficio (altri 1000 euro) .... Mutuo, ISEE alto, perdita detrazioni e assegno unico... Spero che un giorno non sentiate parlare di me in TV... Shameful is to say the least! Mi hanno risposto l'altro giorno, dopo circa un anno, che la pratica non può essere evasa perché la richiesta deve essere specificata in modo "puntuale". Ma se richiedo copia di tutto il fascicolo, è perché non so cosa manchi per completare la pratica e la richiesta mi è costata anche 30 euro. Naturalmente, non si parla con nessuno. Siamo seri?
