★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'edificio si sviluppa su più piani.
Nonostante lavorino poche ore al giorno, c'è chi gioca alle parole crociate, chi fuma tranquillamente in ufficio (davanti l'utenza pubblica) chi chiacchiera e chi si prende pause caffè lunghe come un pranzo matrimoniale.
Unica nota positiva: i giovani che ci lavorano i quali, mossi probabilmente dall'euforia di poter lavorare in un luogo così lassista, sono molto più stakanovisti dei veterani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato fare la carta d'identità. Ho prenotato 15 giorni in anticipo ma mi hanno fatto entrare 15 minuti in ritardo.
Una specie di usciere che fumava sotto la porta d'ingresso pensava a fare chiacchiere da bar piuttosto che all'accoglienza. Personale scorbutico e non avvezzo al lavoro col pubblico. Soprattutto l'operatore d'Alessandro al quale non gli si può chiedere una semplicissima informazione altrimenti va in tilt e ti risponde anche male.
