A	Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero andato per fare un biglietto del treno e l'addetta alla biglietteria si dedicava solo ai gratta e Vinci che ad essere paziente ed esaustiva con i clienti. Ho chiesto informazioni esaustive cosa che nn ha fatto , ma rispondendo con tono presuntuoso e arrogante e ogni tanto si assentava mentre le parlavo a a finire di grattare i 4 gratta e vinci che aveva sul tavolo e fumando la sigaretta nel box informazioni..... ma è normale sta cosa? Booh fatto sta che è sconcertante !!! Credo che non debba essere più lì e mandarla in pensione cosi da dedicarsi solo ed esclusivamente ai suoi amati gratta e vinci.... Invece di lavorare, pensa a parlare dei propri fatti con persone che conosce,e nel frattempo la gente sta in fila che aspetta! E non parlo di 1 minuto..ma bensì minuti e minuti,come se uno che va a fare il biglietto ha tempo da perdere!! Vergognoso anche che si grattava un gratta e vinci!! E quando gli chiedevo informazioni del biglietto,ti rispondeva anche poco garbata! Mai incontrato un personale così poco rispettoso del cliente! Lady who is at the unpolite ticket office!
