Shameful inefficiency. For a certificate one morning of waiting, non-existent numbers and e-mails, even different offices eternally busy. Too bad we can't give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sarebbe tanto da dire sulla mia esperienza odierna all'Ufficio Anagrafe ma mi limito a fare una domanda a chi lo dirige: è abitudine consolidata e condivisa da parte degli impiegati rivolgersi al pubblico di ogni età con il tu? Non mi aspettavo l'uso del Lei in questa latitudine ma il Tu per comunicare con una signora ultrasessantenne mi sembra davvero molto inappropriato.
There would be much to say about my experience today at the Registry Office but I will only ask a question to those who manage it: is it a consolidated and shared habit by employees to address the public of all ages with you? I did not expect the use of the Lei in this latitude but the Tu to communicate with a lady over sixty seems to me very inappropriate.

One word to describe them: embarrassing! Is Answering the Phone Too Difficult for a Public Employee? Does knowing where a particular office is located takes too much effort?
