★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio raccontare una pessima esperienza che mi è capitata ultimamente dopo anni e anni di piena fiducia essendo loro cliente (anche i miei genitori sono clienti da molti anni).
Porto a sostituire la batteria di un orologio (totalmente funzionante) e mia madre lo ritira dopo 5 giorni (nonostante avessero il numero di telefono sul quale ci avrebbero dovuto avvertire della riparazione avvenuta). L'orologio si presenta graffiato sul fondo (sicuramente graffiato nella manovra di apertura) e con la corona bloccata rendendo l'orologio fisso senza la possibilità di poter variare l'orario. Mi reco in gioielleria per avere chiarimenti sull'accaduto e il proprietario mi risponde che non trovando la stessa corona, è stato costretto a bloccarla, ma che se avessi avuto bisogno di variare l'orario in una seconda volta sarebbe bastato recarmi lì e avrebbe provveduto lui.
Ho fatto valutare il danno da un esperto orologiaio e il danno che tale gioielleria mi ha procurato vale quanto l'orologio in se'.
Morale della favola: sicuramente non mi recherò mai più in questa gioielleria.
Che ognuno facesse il proprio lavoro...

I go to the jewelry store to get clarification on what happened and the owner replies that not finding the same crown, he was forced to block it, but that if I needed to change the time in a second time it would have been enough to go there and he would have provided he.
I had the damage assessed by an expert watchmaker and the damage that this jewelry has done to me is worth as much as the watch itself.
Moral of the story: surely I will never go to this jewelry again.
