★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il primo centro assistenza autorizzato Apple a Bari. Penso che sia davvero importante poter contare su persone così affidabili e precise nel lavoro da svolgere. Mi hanno sostituito il prodotto difettato in meno di 15 giorni lavorativi, rispettando il contratto. Sono stati molto cortesi e gentili. Penso che sia una fortuna avere un centro così importante e riconosciuto a Bari. Peccato per la sua posizione poco strategia e un po’ scomoda per chi si muove con i mezzi, ma in generale ottimo servizio.
The first Apple authorized service center in Bari. I think it is really important to be able to count on people who are so reliable and precise in the work to be done. They replaced the defective product in less than 15 working days, respecting the contract. They were very courteous and kind. I think it is fortunate to have such an important and recognized center in Bari. Too bad for its position which is not very strategic and a bit uncomfortable for those who travel by public transport, but in general excellent service.

Mi sono rivolto da loro per il recupero dati da un MacBook Pro e mi hanno detto che tutto era perso e nulla poteva essere recuperato chiedendomi anche 40 euro per il controllo effettuato. Senza dilungarmi troppo ho recuperato i dati in maniera abbastanza semplice cercando qua e là in rete con un software commerciale senza avere grosse esperienze informatiche. Sconsigliato e assolutamente non professionali
Bad service and very little professionalism. I turned to them for data recovery from a MacBook Pro and they told me that everything was lost and nothing could be recovered, even asking me 40 euros for the check. Without going too far I recovered the data in a fairly simple way by looking here and there on the net with a commercial software without having great computer experience. Not recommended and absolutely unprofessional
