★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... attenzione a quando vi blaterano il prezzo dell'oro, sicuramente sarà un prezzo al di sotto degli altri compro oro, provare per credere.Dopo essermi documentata bene, ho scoperto che aggiungono una percentuale al prezzo dell'oro facendolo arrivare ad una cifra cosi bassa che nemmeno 15 anni fa. Fanno pagare ai clienti le loro spese, se non sei avvezzo a certe cose e non arrivi preparato lo prendi in tasca, e così come me altre persone che conosco purtroppo. Poi sono anche negozio vendita perciò non fatevi ingannare, attenzione a portare cose di marca, l'oro vale per il peso non per la marca.
Per quanto mi riguarda possono chiudere adesso, anzi farò una pessima pubblicità a tutti quelli che conosco in zona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A terrible experience. We bought my wife's wedding ring here, and I decided to add my wife's name to the ring I inherited from my father. The store promised they could add my wife's name next to my mother's name inside the ring. We were very clear, since the ring is (was) an irreplaceable heirloom.
When we received the ring, they had melted it down, and created a new ring - losing the original engraving entirely.
Not only did we lose something that was priceless to us, but the store manager completely denied everything. Then he became angry with us and started shouting "What do you want me to do about it!"
His argument was that the ring was still altered to fit my finger... but somehow he does not understand that the ring is worth nothing without the original engraving inside.
There was no misunderstanding, my wife is Italian. We were crystal clear from the beginning.
We were in disbelief. Not only did they totally ruin something that was priceless, but they have no idea was customer service is at all. You don't blame the customer after doing something like that.
If you have an option to go somewhere else, you should.
