Ha risposto in modo sgarbato ad una mia semplice domanda e mi ha chiesto ben 50 euro per scrivermi su un foglio se il gioiello in questione fosse o meno d'oro. Ribadisco incompetente in quanto a voce mi ha detto che tale gioiello non era assoluta d'oro mentre nella gioielleria dove mi sono recat successivamente,a costo zero, mi hanno provato dopo l'esame che era d'oro! Non ho parole....vergogna! Rude and incompetent! He replied in a rude way to a simple question of mine and asked me for 50 euros to write to me on a piece of paper if the jewel in question was gold or not. I reiterate incompetent as to voice told me that this jewel was not absolute of gold while in the jewelery where I have recat subsequently afterwards, at no cost, they tried me after the exam that was gold! In questo negozio mi hanno pagato un prezzo addirittura superiore a quello che mi aveva preventivato un amico gioielliere, devo riconoscere che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. M ha offerto 180 euro e io ho rifiutato a causa della sua maleducazione. Sono andato da un altra parte e m hanno offerto 175 euro e io ho accettato.. ho preferito prendere 5 euro in meno, ma almeno sono stato trattato bene, con umanità e professionalità. In questo posto non c tornerò mai più e lo sconsigliero' a tutti!!! The owner was really rude, replied badly and began to insinuate that my 7 grams of gold was stolen. Comprooro Toscana, invece, e' una azienda campione di trasparenza: paga cio' che promette, senza costi occulti. La raccomando !!! Massima trasparenza, ottenuto esattamente quanto accordato, addirittura non è stata neanche addebitata la marca da bollo al cliente (2 euro). Niente a che vedere con altri compro oro della zona (senza fare nomi). Everything as agreed, the offer proposed was not bad at all (especially in the area). Alla mia richiesta educata di ulteriori delucidazioni, l'addetto del negozio ha alzato la voce esprimendo scocciatura e un' impazienza fuori luogo che mi ha lasciato basita. Gli ho fatto presente che i suoi modi erano eccessivi e che non c'era bisogno di alzare la voce, a maggior ragione perché ero in compagnia di una persona anziana che ci è rimasta molto male. Ha girato le terga ed è tornato nel retro del negozio.
