★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi presento nello showroom di mercoledì pomeriggio, ore 15.45, negozio vuoto (prendendo un giorno di ferie). Devo ristrutturare due bagni; Non c'è tempo di darmi retta, bisogna prendere appuntamento, non c'è nessun consulente disponibile! devono arrivare dei clienti....come se io non lo fossi. (peccato che ne sul sito ne in showroom c'è uno straccio di informativa che affermi l'obbligo di appuntamento). Alla fine riesco ad avere 10 minuti del tempo di una delle consulenti (perennemente al telefono). Morale della favola: dopo oltre una settimana nemmeno un preventivo inviato via mail (ci vogliono 10 minuti di tempo considerato che i prodotti richiesti sono ben definiti) ma soprattutto scopro che dietro "raccomandazione" tramite telefonata di un artigiano, magicamente il tempo lo si trova per dare consulenza. Quindi: prodotti identici acquistati da altra azienda più seria che il tempo per un cliente pagante li ha trovati senza se e senza ma!
