Ci siamo recati in show room il venerdì verso le 15,00 e alla nostra domanda di poter discutere con qualcuno per la realizzazione di un bagno c'è stato detto di fare prima un giro per l'esposizione. Tornati all'ingesso dal rapido giro effettuato verso le 15,15; ci viene detto che non possiamo essere serviti in quanto le dipendenti presenti sono tutte in attesa di ricevere altri clienti con appuntamenti prefissati. Chiedo a che ora sono previsti questi appuntamenti e mi dicono verso le 16,00 ma che per fare un bagno serve più tempo e non si prendono la briga di incominciare a discuterne se non chiedendo di fissare un appuntamento. A questo punto è meglio informare da subito la clientela che si riceve solo su appuntamento. Ci siamo serviti poi presso altro negoziante, peccato perché la precedente esperienza, che risale a qualche anno fa, era stata sicuramente positiva. Stavolta ci siamo sentiti fuori luogo. I was greeted with my wife with indifference and almost annoyed by the mere fact of having gone to the shop without an appointment. We went to the show room on Friday around 3.00 pm and when we asked to be able to discuss with someone about the construction of a bathroom we were told to first take a tour of the exhibition. Back at the entrance from the quick tour around 3.15pm; we are told that we cannot be served as the employees present are all waiting to receive other customers with fixed appointments. I ask what time these appointments are scheduled and they tell me around 16.00 but that to take a bath it takes more time and they don't bother to start discussing it except by asking to make an appointment. At this point it is better to immediately inform customers who are received by appointment only. We then went to another shopkeeper, which is a pity because the previous experience, which dates back to a few years ago, was certainly positive. This time we felt out of place.

Preso appuntamento per un sabato pomeriggio per un preventivo e dopo 5 minuti che guardavamo la rubinetteria sentirsi dire dalla commessa "ma io adesso non ho più tempo perchè tra 5 minuti ho un altro appuntamento che ho dovuto incastrare". Come se l'avessi obbligata io a darmi appuntamento il sabato pomeriggio alle 16.30. Forse sono più interessati a quei clienti che devono fare un bagno completo e non a chi deve acquistare solo gli accessori. Sconsiglio vivamente. Terrible.
