A lei 5 stelle piene, e più. Stendo un velo pietoso sul servizio di consegna, visto che gli occhiali mi dovevano arrivare a casa il 24 dicembre, ed oggi -7 gennaio- dopo diverse telefonate (commesse sempre gentili), mi è stato detto che prima dell'11 o 12 gennaio non arriveranno... Immagino sia un problema di corriere, non del negozio in sé, motivo per cui do 3 stelle e non 1. Ma che delusione, mamma mia. Mi ha dedicato il tempo necessario all'acquisto del mio occhiale, consigliandomi il tipo di montatura più adatta al mio viso. Mi ha rifatto la visita per il controllo lenti e sono arrivate nei tempi e con un'ottima visibilità. Consiglio il negozio a pieni voti anche per quanto riguarda gli altri commessi, disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Mi sono recata presso questo pdv per chiedere informazioni riguardanti 3 paia di occhiali che avrei voluto ordinare e queste informazioni mi sono state date in modo molto vago e soprattutto in modo sbagliato. Mi è stato detto che NON ESISTONO lenti da sole di una certa marca, che le lenti sottili non potevano farle (cosa assolutamente NON vera perché nel mio caso, in base alle mie necessità, invece sono fattibilissime), ho chiesto info anche sulle lenti transition e non mi è stato assolutamente spiegato che esistono le classiche e quelle più "recenti" e nemmeno mi sono state dette le colorazioni disponibili... Preventivi fatti a voce senza un minimo di prospetto dettagliato.... Ripeto, avrei voluto acquistare 3 paia di occhiali, TRE. Probabilmente ho incontrato io il commesso poco competente, o forse vista la mia giovane età avrà pensato che volessi solo "fare perdere tempo"............ Peccato. Cliente persa e sicuramente non lo consiglio. Unlike the other reviews, my experience was bad.
