Al ritiro dopo poche ore, ti metti al volante e respiri un'aria di freschezza. Il Signor Difonzo Domingo poi, una persona davvero gentile e cortese come tutti i componenti dell'azienda. Appena ho visto l’annuncio online ho contattato immediatamente il rivenditore e mi rispose il sig. Domingo Difonzo, persona disponibilissima e gentilissima che ha delucidato ogni mio dubbio/richiesta riguardo l’auto dandomi una descrizione dettagliata ed esaustiva. Preso appuntamento mi sono recato presso il concessionario e sono stato accolto caldamente dal sig. Domingo e dal suo socio Nicola che mi hanno mostrato l’auto lasciandomene libera visione. Dopo un colloquio in ufficio rimasi soddisfatto e decisi di acquistarla. Dopo circa 15 gg di attesa ho ricevuto l’auto compresa di tagliando e batteria nuova. As soon as I saw the ad online I immediately contacted the retailer and Mr. Domingo Difonzo, a very available and very kind person who clarified all my doubts / requests regarding the car by giving me a detailed and exhaustive description. I made an appointment and went to the dealer and was warmly welcomed by Mr. Domingo and his partner Nicola who showed me the car leaving me free to view it. After an interview in the office I was satisfied and decided to buy it. After about 15 days of waiting I received the car, including a service and new battery. A primo impatto ho trovato molta gentilezza e disponibilita', principalmente da parte di Sig. Domingo, persona preparata, cordiale, seria e molto professionale. Essendo sardo e impossibilitato a recarmi per la visione e la prova su strada, Sig. Domingo ha subito provveduto a rappresentarmi l'auto in maniera esaustiva e trasparente con video e fotografie precise. La sua trasparenza, disponibilità e gentilezza mi ha portato ad effettuare l'acquisto senza andarla a vedere. L'auto mi è stata recapitata a casa e ha corrisposto le condizioni rappresentate in maniera perfetta. Posso ritenermi soddisfatto al cento per cento, gentilezza assoluta, cordialità e disponibilità prima e soprattutto anche dopo la vendita, il sig. Domingo Difonzo ha una passione innata per il suo lavoro, quanti rivenditori di auto rispondono al telefono dopo il primo squillo SEMPRE anche ad orari non propriamente d'ufficio? Quanti cercano di risolvere qualsiasi problematica senza che tu lo richieda più di una volta e che se ti dicono "domani ti faccio sapere", domani stai pur certo che ti faranno sapere? L'auto usata che ho comprato è stata tagliandata, sistemata in ogni sua parte, lavata dentro e fuori, lucidata e consegnata nelle condizioni migliori che si potesse consegnare. Addirittura i cerchi graffiati sono stati mandati a rifare completamente e sono tornati praticamente nuovi nel giro di 3 giorni, l'auto aveva un graffio profondo sul paraurti davanti, il paraurti è stato mandato a riverniciare completamente ed è tornato nuovo! Sono certo che, in caso dovessi avere ancora bisogno in futuro, la Com Car sarà pronta a risolvere ogni mio problema sulla vettura. Se doveste cambiare auto non posso che consigliarvi questo rivenditore. È una garanzia assoluta.
