β β β β β Excellent shop and great luthier service, I caused a break of a part of the headstock of my strat during the installation of locking tuners and they fixed it near invisibly, installed a new nut and the upgrade tuners and nailed the setup. The guitar plays on a whole new level now. Bravo!

I am not usually someone who likes to buy a guitar without trying it first, but it makes a difference when you feel you are buying from someone who knows guitars and wants the best for their customers. I would not hesitate to buy from Gino Guitars again.

β β β β β Ordered a Fender American Professional II Stratocaster online, which was delivered in a perfect condition. It also came with a custom setup which I wanted. I really like that you can see exactly which guitar you are going to buy while browsing their online store.

β β β β β I do recommend to work with them wherever is your residence. Very high satisfaction for the international service. I contacted Gianluca via Ginoβs email service. He took care about my order and, after payment, quickly the goods were sent to my place with UPS. It took only 6 day for the guitar to arrive in the country. I received the guitar 4 days later , the guitar was well protected and all was ok.
For sure next time I need some gears I will contact Gino again.

β β β β β I've ordered a Gibson Les Paul 50s TO online directly to ginoguitars.com and I have no words how happy I am.
The website is well made with actual photos of instruments.
I spoke with Gianluca throughout the whole process from the order to the delivery and this guy is THE man. Always fast and clear answers. Incredible customer service and guitar enthusiast.
It took 2 days for the delivery (Italy to Switzerland). The package was well made and the instrument nicely protected. The service and quality check before the delivery was great. I received the instrument in perfect condition. The guitar looks exactly like I expected and it sounds even better.
I'd 100% shop there again. Even if online order in general maybe scary - this place is safe and worth it.
