G	GoodStar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provato per la prima volta questo ristorantino situato a Pozzuoli, accogliente ed elegante, gli interni ricordano un po' il mare..è possibile mangiare all'esterno (anche se comunque è coperto) avendo di fronte il panorama del lungo mare ! Servizio abbastanza veloce, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile! Il menù prevede principalmente pesce, ma c'è anche un piccolo spazio per chi vuole mangiare carne.. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti sfiziosi.. polipo scottato, tonno su crema di piselli , tempura di gambero e baccalà tutto molto buono, inoltre la frittura non risultava pesante! Ordiniamo poi, dei primi.. un pacchero ripieno di tartare di gambero su una salsa di crostacei, e uno spaghetto con ricci di mare non male , trovo difficile , generalmente che questo piatto lo cucinano bene..per secondo invece optiamo per una grigliata mista che comprendeva calamaro gamberoni e dentice..si percepiva la freschezza del pesce! Infine scegliamo come dolce, ricordo d'infanzia, questo è il suo nome..costituito da pezzetti di mela con cannella e cioccolato bianco, qualche pezzetto di torrone al cioccolato, particolare..abbastanza buono! Sicuramente lo consiglio come ristorante! Curato nei dettagli a partire dalla mis en place alla gentilezza del personale di sala. Cucina di pesce. Come antipasto abbiamo scelto la tartare e devo dire veramente freschissimo il crudo. Per primo abbiamo assaggiato spaghetti ai cannolicchi e lime e tubetti con zuppa di pesce. La frittura di gamberi e calamari veramente asciutta e croccante (niente chewing gum) e il vino che ci hanno consigliato per accompagnare il pasto era apprezzabile. Pane ai cinque cereali fragrante. Sale dosato giusto in tutti i piatti. Impiattamento pulito e non alla rinfusa. Comunque, la prova che siamo stati a nostro agio e che abbiamo mangiato bene è che non abbiamo lasciato niente nei piatti. Da provare. Anche se la cucina di mare resta la vera protagonista. La vasca di crostacei è pazzesca. Si inizia con degli ottimi antipasti costituiti da triglia alla nerano e polpo alla Luciana in doppia consistenza, prima cotto e poi spadellato, affogato in un sughetto di pomodorini. La scarpetta con dell'ottimo pane di Diego Vitagliano è servita. Il primo piatto è stato una vera e propria rivelazione. Spaghetti con cicala di mare che viene portata al tavolo prima di essere servita. Mantecatura perfetta. Ultimo sorso di un buon calice di vino bianco e si passa ai dolci, meno wow del servizio precedente. Il brownie troppo asciutto! Un'ultima nota di merito va al personale, cordiale e professionale.
