Professionalità, gentilezza e competenza dell'ideatore e titolare del ristorante. Poi cibo di prima qualità, buonissimo e bellissimo da vedere impiattato. I miei complimenti allo chef che ci ha deliziato con ottimi antipasti, primi sublimi e per finire era buonissimo anche il dolce. Dalla cucina a vista si poteva notare la pulizia, l'organizzazione impeccabile e soprattutto la passione che lo chef mette nel creare pietanze super! Eh niente, sicuramente lo straconsiglio! We felt like being in policlinica, not restaurant. +2 waiters and 1 administrator for 5tables-very inefficient. It has potential, although you should run it differently. ? Not a place to come back as for now :(
