★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente mia aspettavo di meglio , le foto inn ganniamo un po'.
L'ospitalità ,a gentilezza e la professionalità impeccabili , dia della sig.ra Elena che del proprietario .
La camera non proprio come da foto, non si può avere una superior pagare quel che si è pagato ed avere una stanza piccola mobilio discutibile ,con caldaia in comune a più stanze che parte tutte le volte che si apre l'acqua calda ; poi le coperte di lana , anche se sembravano pulite , non so quanto igieniche, una trapunta sintetica sarebbe meglio.

The hospitality, kindness and impeccable professionalism, give of Ms Elena that of the owner.
The room is not exactly as shown in the photo, you cannot have a superior paying what you paid for and have a small room with questionable furniture, with a boiler shared by several rooms that starts every time the hot water is turned on; then the wool blankets, even if they looked clean, I don't know how hygienic, a synthetic quilt would be better.

Ho soggiornato con le mie amiche in questa struttura per una notte, abbiamo preso anche il servizio SPA per due ore pagato non poco ,64 € a persona ( solo per SPA ) devo dire che a questo prezzo siamo rimaste deluse per SPA c’è solo bagno turco ( che non era pronto al nostro arrivo) abbiamo dovuto aspettare per un po, là piscina e doccia emozionale. Lo SPA non è nello stesso stabilimento con la stanza dove si alloggia , diciamo non tanto relax, molto scomodo. non è finita qui …… la mattina siamo andate a fare la colazione e purtroppo un’altra delusione ?, la colazione era scarsa con delle brioche del giorno dopo ( a quale avevo domandato alla signora se erano fresche e mi ha confermato di sì , invece non era vero , poco dopo va a portare delle brioche a un altro tavolo , fresche ….. gli abbiamo chiesto se ce gli aveva anche per noi fresche a risposto di no ) . Anche il burro non era fresco . Sono andata a parlare con il titolare gli ho raccontato della colazione a quanto pare a lui non gli interessava del accaduto, indifferente , questo atteggiamento mi ha fatto capire che gli stranieri non sono ben venuti . Eravamo in 4 ragazze tutte dalla Moldova . Non tutto ciò che è carro ,è buono ….. Sicuramente ci sono stabilimenti più accogliente di questo .
Nice place with a beautiful view, but unfortunately only this ... .. I stayed with my friends in this structure for one night, we also took the SPA service for two hours paid not cheaply, 64 € per person (only for SPA) I have to to say that at this price we were disappointed for SPA there is only turkish bath (which was not ready on our arrival) we had to wait for a while, beyond swimming pool and emotional shower. The SPA is not in the same establishment with the room where you are staying, let's say not so much relaxation, very uncomfortable. it's not over here ... ... in the morning we went to have breakfast and unfortunately another disappointment ?, the breakfast was poor with some croissants the next day (to which I had asked the lady if they were fresh and she confirmed yes, instead it was not true, shortly after he goes to bring some fresh croissants to another table ... .. we asked him if he had them fresh for us too and he replied no). The butter was also not fresh. I went to talk to the owner and told him about the breakfast apparently he was not interested in what happened, indifferent, this attitude made me understand that foreigners are not welcome. There were 4 girls all from Moldova. Not all that wagon is, it's good… .. Surely there are more welcoming establishments than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qui siamo immersi in un luogo tranquillo e circondati dal verde. Mi trovo qui per lavoro e non potevo chiedere di meglio. Neanche sembra un albergo, camere pulite ordinate è davvero molto belle. Il servizio semplice gentile preciso. Nulla da dire, tranne il godersi il panorama è la tranquillità che questo luogo sa dare. Ottima la colazione con sala tutta vetrata è vista sulla collina, con ottime scelte pure da parte mia che non mangio carne! Complimenti!! Se capito nuovamente la sosta è garantita
Here we are immersed in a quiet place and surrounded by greenery. I am here on business and I couldn't ask for better. It doesn't even look like a hotel, clean tidy rooms are really very nice. The simple polite precise service. Nothing to say, except enjoying the view is the tranquility that this place can give. Excellent breakfast with a glass room overlooking the hill, with excellent choices as well from my part that I don't eat meat! Well done!! If understood again the stop is guaranteed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a great view over Urbino suburb. It’s very quite at all times. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I liked that the bathroom was spacious. If the WiFi connection could work better, it would be perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to imagine a better spot to explore Urbino and the surrounding area. Set a few minutes south of town — it’s not really walkable — it’s nestled in the valley with broad panoramic views, which are enjoyable from large outdoor spaces and the breakfast room. Breakfast is outstanding, with the expected coffee/cappuccino and cornetti taking second place to a broad number of home made pastries that feature home made marmalades. Kind and helpful staff, fast and stable WiFi both in room and at breakfast—it’s a great spot. There’s also a full spa which we didn’t get a chance to explore: if I were staying a few days in the area I’d center here and take advantage of that as well. Highly recommended.
