Muri con macchie di umidità, tavoletta del bagno a dir poco indecente (ingiallite) non per scarsa igiene ma per cattiva manutenzione. E’ bastato però lamentarci con la reception per sostituircela immediatamente. Basterebbe veramente poco per rendere l'ambiente più accogliente. Forse essendo inserita la struttura in in albergo a 4 stelle superior, spingono gli ospiti ad optare per la soluzione più costosa. Nulla da eccepire sulla meravigliosa posizione che affaccia direttamente sul Palazzo Ducale. Very spartan room, even though I was already aware of it. Nothing to complain about the wonderful position overlooking the splendid Palazzo Ducale.

Unica nota positiva lo staff che è disponibile e gentile. The room was very spartan and it would also have been fine had it been similar to the photo on the site I booked it. Cleaning to be reviewed. Le stanze sono alquanto scarne, ma arredate con mobilio antico, il che rende possibile immergersi completamente nell'atmosfera rinascimentale di Urbino. Personale molto gentile e soprattutto disponibile, che durante questo periodo ci ha offerto la possibilità di usufruire dello spazio adibito al ristorante pur ordinando da asporto e non direttamente con l'hotel. Comfortable place with breathtaking views of Piazza Rinascimento. The rooms are rather sparse, but furnished with antique furniture, which makes it possible to fully immerse yourself in the Renaissance atmosphere of Urbino. Very kind and above all helpful staff, who during this period offered us the opportunity to use the space used in the restaurant while ordering takeaway and not directly with the hotel.

The part of the cloisture which still exists and which has been incorporated into the lobby area is simply a beautiful place to sit down particularly when the sun is shining through the huge windows. The room with stunning beautiful wooden floor and furniture and doors and a nice modern bathroom exceeded by far all my expectations. I enjoyed a coffee in the sun on the terrace. And the staff is friendly and helpful. Certainly the best place to stay in Urbino.
