Non solo non hanno fatto la permanente a mio fratello (nonostante per telefon mi hanno detto che taglio e permanente aveva un prezzo, passandomi colui che si interessava appunto di permanete), ma nonostante avessi anche parlato al telefono con loro, dicendo anche esattamente i nomi con cui avevo preso appuntamento, hanno continuato con la loro teoria, e mio fratello è tornato a casa senza permanente con un taglio penoso, dopo aver aspettato (visto che era in anticipo) anche se loro erano a non fare nulla, con nessuno nello studio! Potevano fare 161791 permanenti, a mio fratello e tante altre persone! Pessimi veramente, scarsa professionalità.
Bad place! Not only did they not perm my brother (despite the fact that they told me by phone that the cut and perm had a price, passing me the one who was interested in permanence), but even though I had also spoken to them on the phone, even saying the names exactly. I had made an appointment with, they continued with their theory, and my brother came home without a perm with a painful cut, after waiting (as he was early) even though they were doing nothing, with no one in the studio ! They could do 161791 perms, to my brother and so many other people! Really bad, lack of professionalism.
