La chiesa parrocchiale ( Pieve ) è stata costruita sicuramente nel secolo XII poiché è già presente nel Decimario del Sella del 1290 e rientra nelle `ville` del territorio comunale di Urbino nell'elenco degli Statuti del 1350.
La chiesa , costituita dalla canonica e da altri fabbricati è stata restaurata nel secolo XVII come testimonia il campanile, ora è in uno stato pressoché di abbandono ma vale comunque la pena visitarla .
Church of S. Pietro Apostolo in Maciolla Urbino (PU)
The parish church (Pieve) was certainly built in the XII century since it is already present in the Decimario del Sella in 1290 and is part of the `villas` of the municipal territory of Urbino in the list of Statutes of 1350.
The church, made up of the rectory and other buildings, was restored in the 17th century as evidenced by the bell tower, it is now in an almost abandoned state but it is still worth visiting.
