★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un colore viola per capelli dalla marca (crazy color) ma il colore che ho adesso sui capelli e un blu... verde acqua sicuramente i prodotti hanno un problema.
Ritornata in negozio le commesse sono state scortesi una di loro mi ha detto che non ho fatto schiarire bene i capelli o addirittura mi voleva convincere che non e tanta differenza tra viola e blu. Profondamente delusa.
I got a purple hair color from the brand (crazy color) but the color I now have on my hair is a blue ... teal definitely the products have a problem.
Back in the shop the shop assistants were rude one of them told me that I did not lighten my hair well or even wanted to convince me that there is not much difference between purple and blue. Deeply disappointed.
