Ottimo lavoro sulle mie unghie, molto difficili da decorare. 50€ spesi con soddisfazione e molto piacere! Tornerò sicuramente! ? Sono stundetessa e ci andai 2-3 anni fa per pagare non troppo (la piega la si poteva fare da soli a 8€) e il taglio mi soddisfò molto, infatti aspettai più di un anno per tornare da loro per tagliarli. Non l'avessi mai fatto! La ragazza che mi ha servito ha cercato tutto il tempo di vendermi i loro prodotti. Inoltre avevo chiesto informazioni per fare un trattamento al posto del balsamo e dopo aver saputo i prezzi chiesi semplicemente un balsamo normale abbastanza potente. Avevo le punte spezzate e con doppie punte quindi chiesi di tagliare solo quanto necessario, tagliò solo 2 cm e dopo un paio di settimane ritornai punto a capo. Non volevo la piega e domandai solo un'asciugatura veloce a phone magari utilizzando anche la spazzola... me la fece pagare come una piega intera! Ora della fine non mi ha rivolto neanche un sorriso e si vedeva che non vedeva l'ora di mandarmi via. Una volta pagato sono uscita e mi ha rincorso dicendomi che non avevo pagato il balsamo che mi aveva messo.. alla modica cifra di 8€!!!! Se me lo avesse detto durante il lavaggio avrei preferito stare senza balsamo? Pessima esperienza.. imparassero a capire le esigenze dei propri clienti e se uno cerca di spendere poco avrà le sue motivazioni.. Hair dresser Not recommended! I am a stundetessa and I went there 2-3 years ago to pay not too much (the fold could be done by yourself for € 8) and the cut satisfied me a lot, in fact I waited more than a year to return to them to cut them. I had never done that! The girl who served me tried all the time to sell me their products. Also I had asked for information to do a treatment instead of the conditioner and after knowing the prices I simply asked for a fairly powerful normal conditioner. I had broken ends and with split ends so I asked to cut only as much as necessary, cut only 2 cm and after a couple of weeks I returned point to head. I didn't want the crease and I only asked for a quick drying on the phone, perhaps using the brush too ... he made me pay for it as a whole crease! End time he didn't even smile at me and you could see he couldn't wait to send me away. Once I paid I went out and he ran after me telling me that I hadn't paid for the conditioner he put on me .. for the modest sum of 8 € !! If he had told me during the wash I would have preferred to be without conditioner? Bad experience .. they learn to understand the needs of their customers and if one tries to spend little it will have his reasons ..

Le ragazze sono simpatiche, competenti e disponibili: io sono stata servita da Adela, bravissima estetista che ha creato un capolavoro sulle mie mani, esattamente quello che avevo in mente. Tornerò sicuramente per vedere che altre magie riesce a creare. Assolutamente consigliato se siete a Trento. Excellent service! Professionalità, disponibilità e risultato sempre eccellente sono i tre elementi che contraddistinguono in assoluto l’estetica Nagua! Le mie unghie sono sempre impeccabili e le ragazze assecondano sempre ogni mia richiesta ed esigenza con il sorriso!
