Contattati di nuovo telefonicamente si sono giustificati dicendo che se non mi avevano risposto quello che cercavo evidentemente non l'avevano. Professionalità ed educazione che non merita neanche lo ZERO. Sono costretto a mettere una stella per pubblicarlo. Contacted by phone I was told to write an email. In caso di alta affluenza c'è da aspettare, ma questo dipende dal fatto che non cercano mai di liquidare con fretta i visitatori ma di rispondere dovutamente a tutte le richieste che ricevono, prendendosi il tempo necessario per dare un buon servizio. Courteous and trained staff, they gave me good advice and helped to solve a big problem due to the repair of a door in a particularly out of square wall. Da mia esperienza, sono più di sei mesi che porte ancora da montare e sistemare poiché erano state montate male. ora mi devo pagare montaggio con altro artigiano, poiché cocif dice che vengono ma non si fa vedere nessuno. Bad service. Abbiamo ordinato 8 porte, una da oltre un anno nonostante i numerosi solleciti ancora non si sa che fine abbia fatto. Le altre 7, oltre a fare ribrezzo sono arrivate senza maniglie. Montate siamo stati senza maniglie per oltre 4 mesi. Rendetevi conto. Una di queste 7 porte doveva essere di vetro satinato, ma è arrivata di legno, ma sì chissene. Mai vista una roba del genere. Piuttosto montatevi delle porte di cartone provvisorie (che poi l'effetto è il medesimo di quelle che montano loro) ma non comprate alla COCIF! Criminal organization! Too bad you can not put NOT CLASSIFIABLE. I wonder how they still work. We have ordered 8 doors, one for over a year despite numerous reminders, we still do not know what happened to it. The other 7, in addition to being disgusting, arrived without handles. We have been assembled without handles for over 4 months. Realize. One of these 7 doors was supposed to be of frosted glass, but it came in wood, but yes who cares. Never seen such a thing. Rather mount temporary cardboard doors (which then the effect is the same as those they mount) but don't buy at COCIF!
