★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa. Mi hanno sostituito un telo della ditta Corradi con uno non originale. In più avevano preso male le misure e dopo il telo usciva dalle guide. Il risultato è’ che dopo si sono rotte sia le guide che il telo e quando gli ho contestato il pagamento mi hanno messo contro un avvocato. Per non sopportare un processo civile (troppo dispendioso) ho lasciato perdere ed ho pagato l’intera somma peraltro molto alta (non competitiva rispetto al mercato). Il titolare Sig. Luca che l’ho chiamato più volte non si è’ neppure degnato di venire a vedere il problema. L’avevo implorato perché i suoi dipendenti non gli raccontavano la verità. Ma non ha voluto sapere ragioni, dicendomi che dovevo parlare col suo avvocato e basta. A quel punto mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad altra azienda che mi ha brillantemente sostituito il telo e non ho più avuto problemi. Chiaramente in questo modo ho pagato più del doppio per avere un solo risultato. Pessima esperienza, persone inaffidabili e poco serie!!! Da evitare assolutamente.
 Very bad experience. I was replaced by a Corradi sheet with a non-original one. In addition they had taken the wrong measurements and after the sheet came out of the guides. The result is' that after they broke both the guides that the cloth and when I disputed the charge they put me against a lawyer. Not to endure a civil process (too expensive) I gave up and paid the full amount, however, very high (non-competitive compared to the market). The owner Mr. Luca, who I called several times, did not even deign to come and see the problem. I had begged him because his employees were not telling him the truth. But he wanted to know the reasons, telling me that I had to speak with his lawyer and that's it. At that point I had to turn to another company that brilliantly replaced the sheet and I no longer had problems. Clearly, in this way I paid more than double to get a single result. Bad experience, unreliable and untrustworthy people !!! To absolutely avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono servito di questa azienda per la fornitura di infissi e devo dire di avere incontrato un'azienda molto seria e professionale che fornisce materiali di ottima qualità e di avere in organico personale molto qualificato a cominciare da Davide abile venditore per proseguire con Alessandro molto meticoloso per la parte tecnica,Fabrizio che ha curato il montaggio con precisione ed oculatezza, le ragazze in azienda sempre molto gentili e disponibili e mi scuso se dimentico qualcuno.
Complimenti al titolare signor Luca per avere messo insieme uno staff veramente al Top.
I used this company for the supply of fixtures and I must say that I met a very serious and professional company that provides high quality materials and has highly qualified staff starting with Davide, a skilled salesman to continue with Alessandro, very meticulous for the technical part, Fabrizio who took care of the assembly with precision and caution, the girls in the company always very kind and helpful and I apologize if I forget someone.

Alessandro (figlio del titolare) è risultato essere una persona squisita e paziente che mi ha ascoltato e aiutato consigliandomi sulla scelta dell'infisso e della ferramenta in base all'arredamento interno di casa. Recatomi nello showroom di Rimini sono stato omaggiato anche di un prodotto x la pulizia degli infissi e, in data odierna, contattato dall'ufficio clienti per appuntamento da parte di un tecnico ( completamente gratuito) per controllare dopo circa 18 mesi dall'acquisto che non ci siano problemi di nessun tipo...che dire di altro...superconsogliatissimi...???
The customer is very closely followed from the first contact with the company. Alessandro (son of the owner) turned out to be an exquisite and patient person who listened and helped me by advising me on the choice of the fixture and hardware based on the interior furnishings of the house. When I went to the Rimini showroom I was also honored with a product for cleaning the fixtures and, today, contacted by the customer office for an appointment by a technician (completely free) to check after about 18 months from the purchase that there are problems of any kind ... what about anything else ... superconsogliatissimi ... ???

Altissime le competenze di chi mi ha seguita, Luca,da cui ho ricevuto ottimi consigli, sempre disponibile molto professionale. Straordinaria la qualità dei prodotti che ho trovato, unici in zona avendo comunque guardato altre ditte.
